Finding plus size clothing isn’t quite as hard now as it was, say, five years ago. Retailers and designers are increasingly designing for sizes above size 12. And thank goodIf you’ve phased out of the Avenue and Lane Bryant price points, here’s a list of classy plus size clothing blog recommendations so you can have nice things.
Igigi is a small business, independent designer with high-quality separates for work and for fancy stuff. The price points are just about right ($60+ for lined skirts, $80+ for suit pants, and $120+ for dresses). I bought the Monroe skirt and it has rocked my world. I’m waiting for the Monroe pants to come back in my size.
I haven’t purchased anything yet, but the clothing looks phenomenal. Definitely pricer, with separates being in the $200+, but I am hoping that the price jump goes into the quality and making of the clothing.
A whole women’s section to delight in, though this one is still out of my budget for most of the clothes. They also carry size 12 shoes, which is…. awesome. This is definitely the place to get your designer label fix.
