You can’t take my word on this one because I don’t eat nuts. But JHubbs I all in love with this Paleo Oatmeal recipe.
I’m not sure I can say this is entirely my idea, but I genuinely can’t remember if I’ve seen it before.
Easy Paleo Oatmeal Ingredients
3/4 cup Cashew meal
1/2 cup Canned, fresh, or frozen fruit of choice
1TB Coconut oil
Mix it all and microwave it for 30 seconds two times, stirring in between.
This is a great mix of natural sweetness, healthy protein, and good fat to keep you full and satisfied with pleasant texture in a hot breakfast.

Cashew meal? Can I make that myself?
I think you can! It’s just 100% nut, ground up in a food processor. I would do so slowly, though, so you don’t get nut butter. Though I bet that would taste good, it would make more of a pudding texture than a grainy oatmeal texture.
