Mickey Trescott (author of the Paleo AIP cook book) was interviewed on The Paleo Mom to share neat things about being a nutritional therapist. It’s mostly a hard sell for their online counseling program, but it was interesting to learn that Mickey turned to Paleo AIP after 10 years of being vegan.
Finally, art by Zelda Fitzgerald (wife to F. Scott) with a very interesting, 1930s vibe.
