Quick Peach Pie Breakfast

I really suck at breakfast.

Not for others: I can do a mean breakfast casserole, a savory steel cut oats, and a bangin’ bacon and eggs. But my appetite in the morning is nonexistent sometimes and I know I’ll be starving and cranky at 11am.

Then this happened:

Ingredients
Serving of peaches (canned, fresh, or frozen)
Granola
Milk (Coconut milk, if you’re facing an allergy or intolerance)

In a jar or bowl, right before or the night before, place a serving of peaches. Cover in granola, then a dash of milk.

If you feel crazy, make it with yogurt or add cinnamon. Plain or fancy, this tastes like peach pie and makes breakfast something to look forward to.

    Interesting. It also has the benefit of being “grab and go” in the morning. I will have to swing this one past the spouse.

      Yeah, I have found that the easier a breakfast is to grab and take with me out the door, the more likely I will eat it. This one is a winner every time!
